I’ve worked in care since 2017, inspired by supporting my own family. From care worker to coordinator and supervisor, I’ve grown with passion, gaining qualifications and experience to help others live with dignity and independence. I’m proud to make a difference every day with Lifetree Homecare.

I'm an experienced Office Administrator with over five years of supporting student consultancies and academic organizations. I hold a Master’s in Networking and an MBA, which help me combine technical and administrative skills to keep daily operations running smoothly. I’m known for being reliable, organized, and a strong problem-solver. I value teamwork, respect, and continuous growth—and I bring those values into everything I do. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and experimenting with new recipes.

I started as a Care Worker six years ago, inspired by helping my grandmother as a child. Today, I’m a proud Care Coordinator at Lifetree Homecare. I love solving problems, supporting people, and making a difference every day—no matter how small.

I’m Leigha, the Registered Manager of Lifetree Homecare. Since joining in 2023, my journey has been one of growth, resilience, and passion. With over a decade of experience in dementia care, live-in care, and support for young adults with learning disabilities, I’m dedicated to leading with compassion and making a real difference every day.

My journey in care began at 20, and over 14 years it has shaped me into the compassionate, resilient person I am today. From care worker to supervisor, I’ve supported people across all areas of care—bringing both joy and strength through life’s hardest moments. For me, caring isn’t just a job, it’s who I am. Lifetree Homecare shares that same passion, and it now feels like part of my family.

I’ve always been a caring person, but it was six years ago in social care that I truly found my purpose. With support from those around me, I grew in confidence and passion. Today, as a director of Lifetree Homecare, I’m proud to lead a team dedicated to making a real difference every day.

I started as a caregiver, driven by a passion for helping others. That path led me to become a care coordinator, open a franchise, and now proudly run my own care company with my sister. It’s been a journey of growth, challenges, and deep fulfilment—guided by a shared commitment to quality care.
