Caring for people is something that truly comes from Lucy’s heart. Her own experience of seeing a loved one receive poor care inspired her to make a difference for others. As a Care Manager at Lifetree, Lucy is someone families can rely on: kind, approachable and always ready to listen. She takes the time to understand each person, notice when something isn’t quite right and make sure they receive the care, dignity and kindness they deserve. For Lucy, care isn’t just a job; it’s about being there for people when they need someone they can trust.

With over 10 years of experience in care, George is someone you can talk to, trust and rely on. From starting as a Care Assistant to becoming a Care Coordinator, he has learned that great care starts with listening, understanding and making people feel comfortable. George brings a positive attitude to everything he does and believes care should not feel complicated or exhausting. With the right people around you, arranging care can be a simple and positive experience. He is always happy to have a chat, answer questions and find the right way forward, while bringing a smile, a little humour and plenty of positivity along the way.

Sowjanya is one of the friendly faces you’ll meet when you visit Lifetree. Always happy to welcome you in, offer you a hot drink and have a chat, she brings warmth and enthusiasm to everything she does. She enjoys helping people, keeping things organised and making sure everyone feels comfortable and supported. Whether you’re visiting the office, calling with a question or simply need someone to point you in the right direction, Sowjanya is always ready to help with a smile. She believes that sometimes it’s the small things, a warm welcome, a friendly conversation and knowing someone is there to help, that make all the difference.

As Office Manager at Lifetree Homecare, Andreea brings warmth, organisation and a strong commitment to getting things right. She works behind the scenes to ensure our team is supported, standards are maintained and every person in our care receives dependable, compassionate and person-centred support. For families, this means reassurance, consistency and confidence that their loved ones are in caring and capable hands.

Leigha is a caring, fair and approachable Registered Manager who genuinely believes that everyone deserves to feel safe, respected and listened to. With many years of experience in care, she brings both knowledge and a personal touch to her role. She has a soft heart, but is also firm when it matters, making sure Lifetree’s high standards are always upheld. For Leigha, good care is about doing the right thing, treating people with kindness and being someone families and staff can trust. Her aim is simple: to make sure every person we support feels cared for, valued and in safe hands, while making sure every member of our team feels equally supported, respected and valued.

With over 14 years’ experience in care, Sam has progressed from care worker to supervisor, supporting people through all stages of care. She is passionate about going above and beyond to make sure every person receives the very best support.

Sam brings knowledge, determination, humour and plenty of personality to her role. She is not afraid to speak up, ask questions or work with others to get the best outcome for the people she supports. Always keen to learn and improve, Sam’s commitment comes from somewhere deeper than simply doing a job  caring for and protecting vulnerable people is simply part of who she is.

For Cristina, Lifetree has always been about much more than running a care business. It was created from a genuine desire to make a difference to people who are vulnerable and may not always be able to speak up for themselves.

She believes in seeing the whole person, not just their care needs, but who they are, what matters to them and how they want to live their lives. The same is true for the people who work at Lifetree. She wants every member of the team to feel valued, supported and proud of the difference they make.

Her passion for people and for good care is at the heart of Lifetree, and she works hard to build that same sense of purpose across the whole team. For Cristina, Lifetree is not simply a business, it is a contribution to the lives of the people we support, their families, our team and the community we are part of.

With a career that began in care, Mandy has progressed from caregiver to care coordinator, franchise owner and, today, Director of Lifetree Homecare alongside her sister. Her experience has given her a strong understanding of what good care looks like, and what is needed behind the scenes to make it happen.

Driven, focused and determined to achieve results, Mandy brings structure, organisation and a strong commitment to compliance to Lifetree. She understands that quality care depends not only on compassion, but also on good processes, clear standards and a service that is safe, reliable and well managed.

Together with her sister, she combines passion with practical leadership, constantly looking for ways to strengthen the service and ensure Lifetree continues to deliver the high standards that people receiving care and their families deserve.
