We know that arranging care often happens during uncertain or stressful times. This page outlines the usual steps people go through when they contact us, so you know what to expect and can take things at your own pace.

1. Let's Talk
Just reach out by phone, email, or our online form, whatever works best for you. We’ll listen with care and patience.

2. We hear you
We want to understand your situation and what matters most to you. There’s no expectation to decide straight away, and we won’t rush you. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction.

3. Think about it
If you want to think things over or talk with family first, that’s completely okay. We’ll be here when you’re ready to talk again.

4. We Come to See You
When you’re ready, we’ll come to see you at a time that suits you. We’ll talk about needs, preferences and what kind of support would help you most, at a pace that feels right.

5. Meet Your Carer
As care begins, you’ll be supported by people who visit regularly and check in with you and your family. We aim for consistency and continuity so you feel comfortable and heard.

6. Stay in Control
We’ll stay connected to make sure your care feels right for you. There will always be someone you can talk to, share your thoughts with, and trust that your feedback will be heard and acted on.
